Device Facials

Sometimes we need a little more help to achieve the results in skincare that we want. Here at Wildflowers Beauty we can use machines during facial treatments to penetrate deeper into the skin than traditional facials allow. We use Ultrasonic, Microdermabrasion and LED Light Therapy.

Ultrasonic Target+

A handheld device used during the facial which propels products deeper into the skin to increase effectiveness and results using an electrical current*. This device is used to exfoliate, clarify and ionise the skin. This means we can achieve results in 30 minutes, excellent if you're short om time.

*Unfortunately Ultrasonic treatments are not suitable for clients with epilepsy, pacemaker or certain medical conditions due to the electrical current used. However, Prescriptive facials will be better suitable for you.

Quench thirsty skin with this ultra hydrating treatment. Supreme technology pushes hydrator into deeper skin layers for maximum moisture levels. Skin is left feeling hydrated soft and supple.

Microdermabrasion

Get fresh bright skin with this microdermabrasion treatment to thoroughly and effectively removes away dead skin cells. Soothing products nourish and protect to keep skin feeling soft and hydrated. The diamond head microdermabrasion machine gently glides across the skin softening fine lines, clearing clogged pores and evening out skin texture and complexion.

LED Light Therapy

This is a non-evasive LED coloured light skincare therapy. It works by using LEDs (light emitting diodes) at differing wavelengths (this projects different colours) which reaches the different skin layers. The wavelengths can help rejuvenate and repair skin cells, which helps different skin conditions and concerns. From the consultation, the correct wavelength will be chosen for your skin.

From deepest penetration wavelength to lightest:

Purple, Increases cell rejuvenation and renewal, improving and healing the skin.

Red, Helps improve skin texture – wrinkles, fine lines and promotes blood circulation and collagen

Yellow, Relieves skin redness and inflammation

Green, Calms and balances skin and helps to improve wellbeing

White, Helps tighten the skin to improve skin texture.

Cyan, gradually increase cell metabolism, strengthening skin tissue.

Blue, Great for acne, wounds and oily skin

Light Therapy Facial

Aromatic products to Cleanse and tone your skin, then exfoliation to remove dead cells, Serum is applied to nourish your skin, before placing the LED therapy machine over you. After you have relaxed for 20mins, SPF moisturiser is applied. 40 minutes £40
